While the Vitara Brezza had been a bestseller for Maruti for long, a cabin that didn’t offer a lot in terms of features was pointed out now and then. And so, Maruti Suzuki decided to give the cabin an overhaul and today teased a new safety feature that will be offered on the new Brezza – a 360-degree camera.

The 360-degree camera helps the driver plenty by offering a view of the surroundings of the car on the infotainment screen. It is a key safety feature especially for parking in tight spots. This is one of the many safety features of the new model like six airbags, ESC (electronic stability control), hill hold assist, and TPMS (tyre pressure monitoring system).
The Brezza will also get a pop-up HUD (head-up display) and the subcompact SUV will also be the first from the brand to get an electric sunroof. The car will have a refreshed exterior with a new grille, L-shaped LED DRLs, dual-tone 16-inch alloy wheels, and revised tail lamps, among other such changes.
The Brezza like the outgoing model will be a petrol-only model, powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder K15C Dualjet engine. The transmission option will change to a new six-speed AT instead of the older four-speed torque converter automatic, in addition to the five-speed manual gearbox as standard.
Expect the new Brezza to be priced slightly higher than the Vitara Brezza which retails at Rs 7.84 lakh. The upcoming Brezza could carry a price tag ranging from Rs 8 lakh to Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). In addition to the revamped styling, the car would likely come in new colour options as well.
